Platforms, KPIs, and how we run it

How we approach tracking. Tracking sits underneath everything else we do, because without it, every other service is guessing. We set up and validate the full stack: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads conversion tracking, then layer server-side tagging through Stape, Enhanced Conversions, and offline conversion sync from your CRM. The goal is a single, trustworthy measurement layer where a funded account that closes days after the click still ties back to the campaign that drove it.

The KPIs we actually make visible. Cost per funded account, cost per FTD, true cost per acquisition with offline events included, deduplicated conversion counts, and accurate channel attribution. The point of the service is not the KPIs themselves but making them real, so the rest of your marketing optimizes against truth instead of a browser-only approximation that undercounts your best channels.

Why Ranxy for tracking and analytics. Most agencies set up a pixel, see it fire once, and call tracking done. Then your iOS conversions vanish, your offline deposits never get attributed, and you spend months cutting campaigns that were actually working. We treat tracking as the foundation it is. Get this wrong and nothing else can be trusted; get it right and every other dollar you spend is suddenly accountable. It is the least glamorous service we offer and quietly the most valuable.

How an engagement runs

Audit what you have

We map your current tracking, find what is broken, double-firing, or missing, and quantify how much you cannot currently see.

Rebuild the foundation

We set up clean tags, conversion events, and pixels, validated end to end so the data is trustworthy.

Connect the full funnel

We add server-side tagging, Enhanced Conversions, and offline sync so events that happen after the click still get attributed.

Report and maintain

We build dashboards around your KPIs and keep the tracking healthy as platforms and privacy rules change.

Where you can check our work

A number without a metric, a market and a period is not a result. It is marketing. Every case study here gives you all three, pulled from the client's own ad account.

FAQ

The questions that come up on every call

Why is tracking the most important thing to get right?

Because every other decision depends on it. If your tracking is broken, you are optimizing campaigns against numbers that are not real, which means wasted spend you cannot even see. Broken tracking is the most common and most expensive problem we find in financial accounts.

What is server-side tagging and do I need it?

Server-side tagging sends conversion data through your own server rather than relying only on the browser, which recovers signal lost to iOS changes and cookie restrictions. In finance, where cost per lead is high and accurate attribution decides whether a campaign scales, it is worth it once you are spending meaningfully.

What are offline conversions and why do they matter in finance?

A funded account often closes days after the ad click, off-platform. Offline conversion sync feeds that event from your CRM back to the ad platform, so the ad that drove the deposit gets credited. Without it, your best campaigns look worse than they are and you cut the wrong ones.

Can you fix tracking without rebuilding everything?

Often yes. Many accounts need fixes to existing setup rather than a full rebuild. We audit first and tell you honestly whether a repair or a rebuild is the right call, and why.

Is this a one-time setup or ongoing?

Setup is a one-time project; keeping it healthy is ongoing, because platforms, pixels, and privacy rules change constantly. Tracking that was clean six months ago can quietly break. Ongoing tracking management is available as part of an engagement.
